Drinking Water Week

Join us as we celebrate National Drinking Water Week at the Museum starting May 2 through May 6. We'll have a series of walk-up activities related to learning about water conservation and the role clean drinking water plays in our communities. Our friends at Tennessee American Water are helping us celebrate this week and making a difference in sustaining our environment.

"Of all of our needs, water is the single most important," said Daphne Kirksey, External Affairs Manager at Tennessee American Water. "We need it to drink, cook and clean. We need it for sanitation, fire protection, watering our lawns and washing our cars."
All Water Week activities are free with Museum admission.
