"It is important for children to celebrate holidays with their families," says Jayne Griffin, Director of Education. "So often our July 4 holiday celebrations focus on the way we celebrate, such as with BBQ or picnics, rather than why we celebrate. Red, White and Blue Day offers a way for parents to convey the meaning of the holiday to children through fun activities that only Creative Discovery Museum can provide."
Red, White and Blue Days activities are included in paid admission to the Museum. Free admission will be granted on July 4th to all active duty military families when military ID is presented from noon to 4 (limit 2 adults and 2 children).
