Adult volunteers play an essential role in bringing the Museum’s mission to life each day! By sharing their time, skills, and enthusiasm, volunteers help create welcoming spaces where children and families can explore, play, and learn together.
Opportunities include both short- and long-term volunteer positions that support a variety of programs and behind-the-scenes work! Volunteers may assist with:
• special events
• supporting creative activities in the Make It Workshop
• participate in community outreach
• facilitate STEM, art, and early childhood activities throughout the Museum.
Additionally, volunteers support behind the scenes, helping prepare and organize materials used in exhibits and programs.
Internship opportunities are also available for those looking for a deeper learning experience.
