  • We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance for a smooth check-in process.
  • Tickets are valid for all-day play, including exit and reentry with a stamp from Guest Relations.
  • All General Admission tickets are non-refundable.
  • Discounted, Museums for All, and Community Appreciation tickets are available to purchase at Guest Relations with proper discount documentation.
  • WIC cards are not accepted in the Museums for All discount.
  • The Association of Children's Museums network offers a 50% discount on admission to members of other museums. View the ACM network brochure to see qualifying reciprocal museums. CDM is not an ASTC reciprocal institution.

Request a Ticket Donation

As a favorite southeast Tennessee destination, we receive a high volume of donation requests each month. We are happy to consider a donation (4 general admission tickets) to other non-profit organizations and public or private schools.

Donations are limited to one-per-year and must be submitted 6 weeks in advance of your event for approval and processing.
